Full Circle
A very unique program for high school students designed to foster altruistic community service, responsible decision making and leadership by example.
We put high school students through our adult Courage Quest program preparatory to developing them into teams to assist us as student mentors in running the ASK and Rite of Passage programs in the elementary and middle schools they graduated from.
This powerful approach benefits all concerned because elementary and middle school children respond especially well to young, energetic role models and high school students are given an opportunity to engage in a highly rewarding community service project where they experience immediate results and genuine appreciation on a daily basis.
In the longer term, the business community reaps the benefit of an influx of highly motivated, energetic, service oriented young leaders into the work force.
